Shipping Policy

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Canada: 5-10 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED:

You can track your order vis the Shopify app. If your order did not arrive, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, please let us know and we will straighten things out.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at BlueDoorGourmet@yahoo.com noting your order number. We will get the matter resolved.

Returns Policy

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within one week and we will resolve the issue.

WRONG PRODUCT:

If any products were delivered in error or are not what you ordered, please let us know and we will happily make things right.
